Bookings and Permissions.

Above is the permissions and responsibilities we need to produce our music video.The permissions needed are the following:George Browne & Parents (He's under the age of 18, permission is needed from parents). Altough Gary did mention that above 16 and out of school is isnt to primary. Hewett school field's owner - Phone call, Email, face to face conversation with headteacher or whoever is responsible for the use of hewett's school field. As we are unsure as to who to talk to as there is some confusion on who actually owns that part of the field. The following list is the bookings we need. Equipment, Specific dates and times for the use of video camera, tripod, bed, bed covers all of which are up for interpritation. Hewett school field specific dates and times for the use of the field. For example, the field cannot be used on a saturday or a sunday because the school is closed for the weekend.The responsibilities for the above are as followed; equipment use is all of the groups and the Hewett school field is Victoria's.
