Throughout the project certain tasks have been allocated to me because of my Production Manager Status. I have learnt how to and achieve:
Use an editing suite.
Casting a role.
Organizing a shoot day.
Writing a brief.
To be audience aware.
Create a shotlist.
Working out permissions.
How to use a camera.
Making a budget with the
group.
As a production manager my roles are mainly to be the communicator. Its my role to make sure everybody knows what there doing and when they are doing it. As a fairly confident speaker i found this easy to adress issues and new ideas to the Director and Producer.
