The whole team were satisfied with this result and so were the clients. We now hope to keep satisfying the clients in the next couple of meetings by showing our ideas further. Within the budget although being partly responsible for all of it as a Production Manager. Examples of my responsibilities are making sure our one cast member is paid and also our insurance and legal fees.

As a Production Manager this role is all about running the costs for everything correctly, the negotiation to do with the shoot organising (mainly seeking directors view with this). Also my role will be arranging the venues as to where the video can be shot. The cast organising, so without arranging correct dates etc. with the cast the video could end up in jeopardy. Also the equipment and studio. The right equipment will reflect in the work we produce so this is essential.

What is your role as far as the budget? What are your responsibilities?
